About the Event

Arts in Rural Gloucestershire along with the Trustees of Miserden Village Hall are delighted to host this performance of The Little Match Girl by The Last Baguette Theatre Company.

London, Christmas Eve. The snow is falling. A little girl struggles with through the cold. We follow her as she encounters the funny and zany characters of the vibrant city streets. To keep warm she strikes a match. The flame blazes to life illuminating fantastic Christmas visions. We meet talking turkeys, dancing rats, Queen Victoria, Prince Albert and their chattering Christmas tree, in this touching and heartwarming show.

The show runs for 90 minutes in two acts with a 10 minute interval.
